All steel body strong and sturdy construction.
Jaws are made of special steel containing 14% mangenese gives work hardness up to 600 brinell. So they can withstand heavy shocks & excessive wear. Jaws can be renewed and reversed end
to end to ensure longest possible working life.
Required crushed size can be regulated with great ease to break the size required, without the aid of skilled labour.
The shaft is made from high grade high tensile steel bar of 45 tons/Sq. in (40 Cr. 1 Me 28 Alloy steel)
Essantric crank is fitted with heavy duty Roller bearings protected against dust, lubricated by grease and sufficient cavity for grease storage. Grease nipples are fitted for easy refilling the grease
Forced feed action enables the machine to deal with material which can not be handled by other crushers designed with the jaw stock swing on fixed pivot.
The shaft bearings used in our crushers are the heavy duty anti friction Double Row self aligning Roller bearings fitted with withdrawal sleeves.

Heavy balanced flywheel maintain a normal operating speed and also relieve the prime mover of excessive strain. The flywheel effect is greatly increased by the high operating speed and by the weight concentrated on the rim of Large diameter
 
JAW STOCK
To provide the greater strength and minimum weight Jaw Stock is fabricated in boxed shape with even cross section from hot rolled carbon steel plates. Plates are stoutly morticed and securely welded together. After welding entire Jaw Stock in normalised to relieve the stress developed during welding, then bored and grined to extremely close limit for tll'e bearing housing.
 
CRUSHING ANGLE (JAW DEP1lt)
Crusher Jaws should be relatively deep for maximum effciency. Deeper Jaws forms small or sharper crushing abgle. Due to smaller crushing angle the stone is easier to grip over the entire depth ofe-the jaws and obviously more material is crushed. Jaws of extra depth for this simple but very important reason are used in our crushers.

For maximum crushing output we recommond Feed Size eight times of the crushed product, for 20 mm crushed product. Feed size should not be bigger than 160 mm. Our CRUSHER accepts bigger feed sizes but for most economical running, maximum out put and long trouble free services feed size must be as per recommendation.
 
 
 
 
 
CRASHER BODY
Crusher frame (Body) possesses enormous strength.
Yet are comparatively low in weight. They arefabricatedfrom hot rolled carbon steel plates. Platesare stoutly morti- ced and securely weldedtogether. Body is reinforced by longitudenal stripsto share crushing load. This design makes the frame practically unbreakable. After we- lding the entire frame is annealed and normalised for stress relieving, which might have been develo- ped during welding. Then the body pedestals for main bearings are bored and grinded to extremely close limit and perfect alignment on line boring machine.
 
 
GRADING SCREEN & ITS DRIVE MECHANISM
Gradinq Screen is made from special carbon steel sheets and hollow shafts. Punchings are available with standard size or 'as per the specification of the customers. The Grading Screen Drive mechanism is a special design with calculated revolution per minute to give perfect grading of the crushed product. Grading Screen and its drive mechanism is completely individual mechanism. Drive can be taken from crusher extension shaft or separate drive can be given.
SPEED
Our CRUSHERS operate safely at higher speed, in order to increase output This crushes faster with extra strokes. The nipping action of the jaws is more Positive. At higher speed, there is less over size in the crushed product. Some Stone in broken by impact to further step up capacity without increasing the load on the machine.
